By downloading, installing, or using Annie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Annie is a voice-to-text application that converts spoken words into typed text in real time. The service works system-wide across applications on supported operating systems (macOS, Windows). Annie may include free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Annie. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Annie for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service to transmit malicious content or interfere with its operation
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Annie without our written consent
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal application usage

5. Intellectual Property

Annie and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Annie Voice. You retain ownership of any text generated from your voice input. We claim no rights over the content you create using Annie.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Annie offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store policies or our refund policy.

7. Privacy

Your use of Annie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Disclaimers

Annie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription will be perfectly accurate. Voice recognition accuracy may vary depending on accent, background noise, microphone quality, and other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annie Voice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Annie at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Annie will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
